Please note that you may fail to see your deposit applied to your trading account because of the following reasons:
- The deposit was a third party deposit. The transaction will be rejected and funds returned to the sender
- The transaction is awaiting approval by the Payments team
- The funds were applied to your Landing wallet. Login to your client portal , click on transfer to move funds to your trading account.
- There may be a system issue resulting to a delay in application of the funds
- Funds may have not been received on our end. Please share the proof of transfer to assist in tracing of funds.
