1. Log in to the client portal by clicking here
2. Select the "Deposits" option , then > "Deposit Options (Inc. Mpesa Express)"
3. Select the account, fill in the amount, confirm the phone number, currency(TZS) and click Continue.
5. Select the "Mobile Money $" icon
6. Fill in your name and click on "Deposit", you will be redirected to a Payments window.
7. Click on "Request PIN on phone" then a pop to input your Mobile money pin will appear on your phone, complete this.
Wait for the transaction to be processed and appear in your account
*Please note that in cases where the name registered with us does not match the client's name on the deposit, the deposit will remain pending until verified by our payments team within 24 hours of a working day.
*FXPESA does not accept third-party deposits.
