I forgot my trading account ID, how can I retrieve it?

If you have forgotten your trading account ID, you can easily retrieve it by logging into the FXPesa Client Portal using the link below:

Step 1: Locate Your Account ID

Once logged in, navigate to the LIVE ACCOUNTS section, where you will find your Account ID displayed.

Step 2: Reset Your Trading Password (If Needed)

If you need to reset your LIVE ACCOUNT trading password, follow these steps:

1. Go to the LIVE ACCOUNTS section on your dashboard.

2. Locate your trading account and click on the vertical three dots (⋮) at the far right.

3. From the dropdown menu, select "Set Trading Password."
