If you initiate a bank withdrawal without uploading a statement first, we will request bank account verification.
For your first withdrawal, upload a bank statement directly through our Client Portal or email it to backoffice@fxpesa.com.
The statement must:
- Be easy to read (preferably a scanned copy)
- Be dated within the last 3 months
- Clearly show the bank name and logo (if no logo, it must be verified by a bank branch)
- Match the name on your FXPESA account
- Include the full IBAN/Account Number
