Kindly note that to reset your live account password, log into your client portal first via the following link: https://portal.fxpesa.com
Once logged in, to reset your LIVE ACCOUNT trading password, proceed to the LIVE ACCOUNT section on the dashboard and at the far right, click on ''RESET PASSWORD'' tab. Please see an illustration on the screenshot below:
