All withdrawals take up to a maximum of one working day to be processed from FXPESA side. Mobile Payments are processed automatically except for first time withdrawals that require manual approval by the payments team, during the working hours, Monday to Friday 0900hrs to 2100hrs.
If you submitted a withdrawal request, you will receive an email confirmation that your request is being processed.
-Ensure you have entered the correct details while making the withdrawal; if you enter incorrect information, your withdrawal might be rejected.
-Ensure you are making your withdrawal to the funding source as in accordance with our Return to Source policy; we only process withdrawals to the funding source.
If you received an email confirmation that your withdrawal has been processed, please take notice of the below:
- Bank Withdrawals may take a maximum period of (1-5) working days to reach the beneficiary.
- Card withdrawals may take between 5- 15 working days to be credit into the recipient's card.
- TZS mobile money withdrawals can take up to 24Hrs to be credited into clients mobile money account.
