If you cannot request an additional account on your client portal due to a technical issue, please contact our support team through the communication channels mentioned here.
If you already made a request and received an Email that it has been rejected, it would be due to the following:
- Each client is allowed to request a maximum of three trading accounts. If you require an additional trading account, you can contact your account manager or our support team.
- You have not met the minimum deposit amount threshold for a premium account(i.e. $100)
- To request the account, you need to provide us with a reason for the additional account in order to request necessary approvals.
