Monitoring your account is crucial for your trading experience. You can generate various reports, such as Account Statements, Daily Account Summaries, and Transaction Histories, directly from the Reports section in the client portal.
Follow these simple steps:
Steps to Generate a Report:
- Log in to Your Client Portal: Access the portal here.

Go to the Reports Section:
- On the left-hand side of the screen, click “Reports” from the control panel.

Choose Your Report Type:
- Select the type of report you need, such as Account Statement or Transaction History.

Select Your Account and Date Range:
- Pick the account you want to view (e.g., trading or wallet account).
- Specify the time period for the report.

Run the Report:
- Click “Run” to generate the report.
Exporting Your Report:
Once the report is generated, you can:
- Download it in Excel format or
- Save it as a CSV file for easy access and record-keeping.
Monitor any of your accounts by following these steps:
- Click on “Reports” from the left side control panel of the screen.
- Choose the report that you wish to generate,
- Choose the account and then specify the period of the desired report.
- Once you’ve entered all information, click on “Run”.
Your report can also be exported to MS Excel or saved in CSV format.
