To verify your Skrill account, send a clear and legible screenshot of your Skrill account to our payments team at backoffice@fxpesa.com.
The screenshot of your Skrill account must meet the following criteria:
- It should be clear, legible, and in an appropriate size and format (preferably .jpg or .png).
- Your name on the account must match the name on your trading account.
- The Skrill email address must be visible.
