Login to your client portal from here
At the top, at the far right corner where your client name is highlighted, click on the icon, a drop down menu will display where you will select : "My Settings", and you can change the password to access the client portal.
If you forgot your portal password and you are unable to log in, you can find the "Forgot password" in the login page
After clicking on "Forgot password", you need to confirm your Email address and click on "Confirm", a reset password link will be sent to your registered Email address where you can set a new portal password.
In the case where you get the error ''SESSION EXPIRED'' after clicking the reset link when using a computer, clear your cache first before accessing the portal by pressing CTRL+F5 or alternatively use another browser, and if you are using a phone, kindly clear your browsing history and use a different browser please to resolve this client portal error. then repeat the process again.
