How to Reset Your MT4/MT5 Password via the Client Portal

To reset your MT4/MT5 password through your client portal, kindly follow the steps below:

1. Login to  MyFXPesa Client Portal.

2. Once logged in, to reset your  LIVE ACCOUNT trading password, proceed to the LIVE ACCOUNT section on the dashboard and at the far right, click on the 3 dots and from the drop down select ''RESET PASSWORD'' tab. Please see an illustration on the screenshot below:

You will receive an SMS & email confirmation once your trading account password is changed.
