Yes it is, note that IB rebates are paid twice, firstly when the client opens the trade(s) and secondly when the client closes the trade(s).
If you believe that rebates from your clients are not being updated, go to MY CLIENTS LIST and check if you have any active clients. Then proceed to the REPORTS section to retrieve your revenue report to access information on your active clients, what instruments they are trading, and how much rebates you have earned from their trading activities.
