Mismatch in Client Details
Your application may be pending due to a mismatch in certain client details, i.e. such as your name differing from your submitted ID. To correct or clarify your details please send an email stating your correct details to onboarding@fxpesa.com.
For example:
Name Confirmation :I (insert names in ID) of alias (insert nickname) do confirm that my official name is (Correct names as per ID) as disclosed in my Identification documents.
Nationality: I.e. My Correct Nationality is (Insert Correct Nationality)
Country of Residence: I.e. My Correct Country of Residence is (Insert Correct Country of Residence)
