1. Log in to the Client Portal.
2. Select the "Deposits" tab> then Select " Mobile Money".
3. Select the account and fill in the amount.
4. An iPay pop up appears, Select the preferred depositing option.
5. Use the paybill and unique account number provided on your mobile
*Please note that in cases where the name registered with us does not match the client's name on the deposit, the deposit will remain pending until verified by our payments team within 24 hours of a working day.
*FXPESA does not accept third-party deposits.
