MT5 accounts are set to READ ONLY after 7 days of inactivity, and are closed after 90 days of inactivity.
MT4 accounts are closed after 90 days of inactivity.
N/B: MT4/5 accounts with a positive balance are not set to READ ONLY or closed after 90 days of inactivity.
To reactivate trading on an MT5 account that has been set to READ ONLY, clients are required to deposit into the account.
How to Check if Your Account is Closed:

Log In to Your FXPesa Portal:
Visit https://portal.fxpesa.com and log in to your account. -
Check Your Account Section:
If you don’t see any live or demo accounts listed under the "Account" section on your dashboard, your account has been closed.
How to Request a New Trading Account:
If your account has been closed, you can easily request a new one. Follow these steps:

Log in to the FXPesa Client Portal:
Visit https://portal.fxpesa.com. -
Click ‘Create Account’:
From your dashboard, click on "Create Account" and choose the account type you wish to create. -
Fill in the Required Information:
Complete the necessary fields and click "Submit". -
New Account Created:
Once your request is processed, a new account will be created, and your login credentials will be sent to the email provided.
